Shipping policy

All purchases must be received before a refund, return, or exchange can accrue. Estimated time to receive items from a pre-order are between 6-8 weeks. If package has not been received within that time you can contact us via email clothingbylune@gmail.com

Any form of refund will be denied if the item has not been received, unless the time has well exceeded (1+ week) the estimated time and the customer has received to communication from our team.
